The written stage of the admission exam of the Advocates' Academy of the Republic of Armenia. A computer draws 150 questions from the official bank. Unless the admission commission sets other shares, the civil (administrative) track gets 50 questions on civil law and 45 on civil procedure, the criminal track 50 on criminal law and 45 on criminal procedure, and both get the other 55 from the remaining six areas. Each question has 4 options, and only one is correct. The exam lasts 3 hours and needs at least 120 correct answers; an oral interview follows. The Academy publishes the bank at least 20 days before the exam, and the answers follow the law in force on the day it is published. As in the real exam, the options come in a random order. Our mock exam draws its 150 questions from the whole bank, without the split by track.
The official bank of 2,483 questions, approved on 20 May 2026 for the autumn 2026 intake. Tickets keep the bank's order: 1–5 constitutional law, 6–10 European Convention on Human Rights, 11–36 civil law, 37–49 civil procedure, 50–73 criminal law, 74–86 criminal procedure, 87–94 administrative law, 95–103 administrative procedure.
