Using Parapel
Parapel is operated by FORBRI LLC and provides independent exam practice. These terms apply to your use of the service. Use it lawfully, with accurate account information and without sharing authentication credentials. If you are under 18, use it with a parent or guardian's permission.
Parapel is not a government service or an official exam organizer. Practice results do not grant a licence, qualification, admission or a guaranteed exam result. Always check current requirements and authoritative materials with the relevant exam organizer. For questions, contact support@parapel.am.
Content and ownership
FORBRI LLC or its licensors hold the rights in Parapel software, branding, interface, and original materials, including original explanations, translations and the original selection or arrangement of content, to the extent those rights exist under applicable law.
Exam questions, illustrations and documents may come from official or other third-party sources identified in the relevant pack. Rights in those materials remain with their respective owners. We do not claim exclusive ownership of official questions, public-domain material, laws or facts merely because they appear in Parapel. These terms do not remove rights you have under applicable law or a source licence.
Personal study and prohibited reuse
You may access content made available to you through Parapel for your own exam preparation. Unless the rights holder authorizes it or applicable law permits it, you may not reproduce, publish, distribute, sell, sublicense or use protected Parapel materials to build a competing question bank or service.
Do not scrape, harvest or bulk-export question text, answers, translations or images from Parapel; automate requests to reconstruct a question bank; redistribute protected content obtained through the app; or bypass access controls, session limits or other restrictions. A source being publicly readable does not automatically give permission to reuse that source through our service. Limited lawful quotation and other statutory exceptions remain available.
Report copying, errors or rights concerns
If you believe content was copied without permission or infringes your rights, email support@parapel.am. Identify the original work, the Parapel pack and question or URL, explain your rights or authority to act for the owner, and provide contact details. We will review the report and correct, restrict or remove material where appropriate. Reports of inaccuracies can use the same address. We do not require government identity documents for an initial report.
Access and availability
The available guest tickets and pack-access conditions are shown in the service. Buying pack access is not enabled in the current release. We may change packs, correct errors, or restrict access in response to abuse, rights complaints or legal obligations. We may suspend accounts used for unauthorized copying or service abuse. Ordinary technical interruptions may affect access or saving progress.
Accuracy and responsibility
We work to maintain useful study materials, but questions, translations, explanations and exam rules can change or contain errors. Use official sources for authoritative requirements. To the extent applicable law permits, the service is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation or a particular exam outcome. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Privacy, deletion and updates
Our Privacy Policy explains personal information handling, and our account deletion page explains how to remove an account and its data. We will publish updates to these terms here with a revised date. Contact support@parapel.am about these terms or to request permission to reuse Parapel materials.
