Delete from Parapel
Open Account → Privacy and your data → Delete my account. Review what will be removed and choose Confirm deletion. For security, registered users may be asked to sign out and sign back in before confirming. The app removes account data from our active application systems and signs you out when deletion succeeds.
If you practice as a guest, use Delete guest data on the same screen to remove the current guest identity, its temporary server records and local guest progress.
Open account settings ↗Request deletion from the web
You can request deletion without installing or reopening the app. Email support@parapel.am from the email address registered to your Parapel account, with the subject Delete my Parapel account. We may verify account ownership before deleting it. Never send your password.
Request account deletion ↗If you cannot access that email address, contact support and explain the situation. We will help you verify ownership. We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days and will confirm completion or explain any legally required exception.
What is removed
Deleting an account removes its sign-in identity, profile, email and any saved display name or photo, saved progress, completed attempts and answers, pack-access grants, and associated temporary practice sessions and usage records from our active application systems. You will lose access to the deleted account and its saved progress.
Uninstalling the app or signing out is not the same as deleting an account. Provider backups and security logs may remain for their retention periods, and records legally required for a dispute or legal obligation may be retained only for that purpose. Firebase authentication backup removal can take up to 180 days. See the retention section for details.
Delete specific information
To delete support messages or particular account data without deleting the account, email support@parapel.am and identify the data you want removed. We may verify ownership. Guest progress and preferences are stored on your device; clearing the app's local data or browser site storage removes those local copies.
